Preparations For Tokyo 2020 Has Started- Dalung

Nigeria minister for youth and sports, Solomon Dalung has assured Nigerians that preparations for Tokyo 2020 Olympic game has already started.

The minister who is currently enemy No. 1 in the sporting sphere said he has asked presidents of the various federations to submit their plans for the 2020 games.

He also expressed his concern about the poor performance of Team Nigeria at the ongoing Olympic games in Rio, Brazil and attributed it to the poor handling of preparation prior to when he got into office.

He said, " I am concerned about our performance across all the federations, which explained how poor we have done in the past 3 years before I came in as a minister. I am barely 9 months in office and preparations for 4 years event couldn't have been made in such a space of time
